Unbound Überblick
Unbound wurde mit Geschwindigkeit als Priorität entwickelt. Alles, von der ersten App-Start bis zum Scrollen durch deine Thumbnails, ist unglaublich reaktionsschnell. Greife jederzeit auf Fotos zu, ohne warten zu müssen. Es erstellt keine separate Fotobibliothek wie andere Foto-Apps. Stattdessen verwendet Unbound deine bestehende Dateistruktur, um seine Alben zu erstellen. Das bedeutet, dass es keine Duplikate deiner Fotos gibt und dass sie leicht zugänglich und mit jeder Anwendung, die du wählst, bearbeitet werden können.

1.5.0 is the Final Version. Another developer took over but has no time to continue. So, No support. The application is free on developer's website. MU please update.

Not working. I have a paid version. Impossible to update, no button, no link.
Clicking 'import" does nothing. Dragging a folder with images from desktop also does nothing. (I'm not using apple Photos)

From a paying customer - the app isn't working. Photos aren't appearing. When try to import again, it says the photos are there and do I want copies? Yet there are no photos! Wanted to contact support. A week ago, from the Mac App Store "Support," the email was info@unboundformac.com. I got an undeliverable. Tried again today via "Support". I got thrown to the main page! The email disappeared! Where you you, Unbound? Please give the public contact info!

Unlike Lyn, Unbound doesn't show everything on your computer including desktop, documents...etc.
Unbound accepts everything you wish to import, but only images. Maybe other staff too, haven't tried.
I like simplicity with very nice clean design.
There is thing that really bothers me, and the developer ignores all emails.
Looks like it is having a hard time to handle more than 11,000 images. This is what I encountered. The beachball was turning and turning.... Finally after about 3 minutes stopped.
Today I imported more images from Photos. Total became 19,000 images. Again the beachball, but this time it kept turning for much longer time and then the whole computer FROZE.
After I turned it off and on again(my keyboard is not the original mac's, but cheap one, works great), finally Unbound CRASHED. If the developer will bother to visit this page and give us some help, would be great. Otherwise Lyn will be a better option in this case, whose developer also doesn't as well.

It's a really good and fast way to handle one's photos. Unfortunally there is no possibility to search for photos by their name.
If you send a question to Pixite or a request: YOU'LL GET NO REACTION, NO ANSWER!!! This is less then a bad support!
